Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work on a 4+1 hybrid schedule.
• Experience leading consumer product engineering organizations of 30+ engineers.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes at scale.
• Experience building or scaling LLM-powered product features.
• Strong background in high-velocity, experiment-driven product development.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
