What you will do

• Oversee, plan, and coordinate all aspects of the full life cycle of technical projects.
• Manage labor, including hiring, terminations, and maintaining employee relations.
• Develop and maintain information technology programs according to system design requirements.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFQs, including creating cost estimates and quotation plans.
• Perform job cost analysis and ensure deliverables meet customer satisfaction within budget.
• Implement industry best practices and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer security clearance for access to systems and facilities.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in government contracting preferred.
