Product Manager IV (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States. Preference for candidates local to Denver, CO (may require 3 days on site per month).

What you will do

• Lead product initiatives through the full lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
• Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with product leadership.
• Conduct user discovery, interviews, and usability testing with UX and research teams to uncover user needs.
• Translate product requirements into actionable development work via story mapping and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment, specifically focusing on digital products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across technical, clinical, and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building healthcare technology products and leading 0-to-1 product initiatives.
• Prior experience working within healthcare organizations or other regulated industries.
• Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, and business case development.
• Experience supporting the delivery of both web and mobile applications.
