What you will do

• Learn and perform multiple aspects of the company's unique manufacturing process through fully paid on-the-job training.
• Operate as a Machinist 1 within a team-oriented production environment.
• Adhere to a specific shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Complete competency assessments to achieve scheduled wage increases within the first year.

Requirements

• High School diploma or better.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Availability to work the shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn.
