Location: Remote; must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada and have legal authorization to work in that jurisdiction

Salary: $86,000 – $143,000 (Base for US)

What you will do

  • Analyze end-to-end SOC workflows to identify cross-functional gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate customer experience insights into defined operational gaps and drive corrective actions.
  • Define and refine performance metrics to ensure alignment with customer experience and operational outcomes.
  • Thoughtfully integrate AI solutions into operational performance analysis to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for unforeseen performance deviations.
  • Collaborate with SOC analysts and leaders to understand evolving security operations workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US, UK, or Canada with legal authorization to work
  • At least 5 years of experience in security analyst roles, SOC leadership, or operational reporting.
  • Previous experience in Security Operations with MSSP or MDR providers.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Grafana or PowerBI.
  • Working literacy of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GPT) and experience using them to analyze data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to diverse leadership audiences.
