What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise data governance strategy, framework, and operating model.
• Establish policies and standards for data quality, metadata, lineage, and privacy.
• Lead data governance councils and partner with stakeholders to drive accountability.
• Operationalize data ownership and stewardship models across domains.
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of data catalog and metadata management tools.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate data risks in partnership with Legal and Security teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience in data governance or data management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise data governance programs.
• Hands-on experience with data governance or catalog tools like Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
