Salary: $255,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and cryptography teams throughout the development and launch lifecycle of TFH products.
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to digital identity, biometrics, blockchain, consumer financial technologies, and AI-enabled systems.
• Draft product terms, disclosures, policies, and internal guidance materials for global launches.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and open-source governance.
• Build scalable legal processes, playbooks, and review frameworks to improve organizational velocity.
• Support incident response and cross-functional reviews regarding trust, safety, and user risk.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as product counsel, preferably in consumer tech, fintech, blockchain, or digital identity.
• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
• Membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Deep knowledge of laws regarding AI, privacy, biometrics, and consumer protection.
• Ability to work in-person from San Francisco, CA.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical teams and understand complex system architectures.
