Compensation: $225K – $325K OTE + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Own client relationships from running pilots to onboarding and guiding department-wide adoption across corporate legal teams.
• Serve as the voice of in-house users to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver confident product demos and training to diverse stakeholders, from GCs to regional teams.
• Document best practices from leading legal departments and contribute to scalable global playbooks.
• Guide teams in evaluating ROI and mapping the impact of AI on contract management and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department.
• Experience in legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
• Passion for generative AI, technology implementation, and productivity innovation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and translate requirements between legal stakeholders and engineers.
• Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Must be based in Houston for on-site work.
