DevOps Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own the deployment, availability, and performance of the SaaS platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Design and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure using OpenTofu as the standard for infrastructure-as-code.
• Serve as the operational backbone for AI experimentation, providing infrastructure and tooling for prototyping and scaling AI initiatives.
• Manage environment consistency across dev, staging, and production to ensure repeatable changes.
• Lead incident response, triage, and post-mortems, while defining and tracking SLOs/SLAs for reliability.
• Set up monitoring dashboards, alerts, and logging pipelines across GCP for full system visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with OpenTofu or Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and supporting experimentation in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and teams autonomously.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
