What you will do

• Define the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the IAM ecosystem, accounting for competitive trends and technical evolutions.
• Architect IAM features that allow autonomous AI agents to securely access systems and execute actions.
• Improve and simplify the authentication and authorization experience for both admins and end users.
• Lead alignment across a broad technical organization, partnering with 50+ engineers including Principal and Distinguished levels.
• Mentor junior PMs and establish high bars for product quality and craft across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical product management experience in IAM, cloud platform infrastructure, or enterprise security.
• Proven background at hyperscale platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Okta).
• Active experience with identity and data governance challenges for LLM orchestration and agentic workflows.
• Demonstrated track record of taking massive 0-to-1 infrastructure initiatives from concept to global deployment.
• Strong technical depth to translate intricate security concepts into high-impact product architecture.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bellevue, WA, USA.
