What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on flight simulators and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Conduct visual alignments, calibration activities, and run Qualification Test Guide (QTG) procedures.
• Support simulator modifications, upgrades, and engineering change implementations.
• Monitor simulator performance to ensure maximum availability and reliability for training.
• Collaborate with instructors and customers to provide technical recovery during training disruptions.

Requirements

• Technical trade qualification or degree in electronics, avionics, electrical, mechanical, or IT.
• 2–5 years of technical experience in simulator maintenance, aviation, or industrial automation.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators).
• Ability to interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work a rotating roster (4 days on/off, including day and night shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm/pm to am).
