Salary: $191,250 – $273,000

What you will do
- Design and implement a global marketing operations program to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery across all markets.
- Build and optimize the marketing operating model, including planning rhythms, intake prioritization, and launch governance.
- Orchestrate annual and in-year planning for campaigns and product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing and Creative teams.
- Lead cross-functional alignment to solve operational bottlenecks and drive the adoption of new ways of working.
- Partner with Finance (FP&A) to manage investment governance, budgeting, and forecasting based on business outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 marketing operations specialists, including Project and Program Managers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in global marketing operations or marketing strategy within high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of establishing systems and processes in dynamically scaling organizations.
- Strong people-leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance on budgeting and investment decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and external partners.
- Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, WI)
