What you will do
- Lead the Preconstruction Schedule team in generating and maintaining integrated delivery schedules across the active portfolio.
- Develop detailed schedules for New Site Development, Construction, Energy, AI Infrastructure, Design, and Procurement.
- Review and integrate internal and external workstream fragnet schedules into a single cohesive framework.
- Perform critical path analysis and schedule variance analysis using Monte Carlo risk scenarios.
- Establish scheduling policies, procedures, and P6 cloud training guidelines in coordination with peer departments.
- Develop ELT-facing dashboards and reporting to support commercial negotiations and project status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a relevant functional discipline.
- 10+ years of related work experience in construction scheduling.
- Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong theoretical and applied understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with ProCore and PowerBI.
- Must be based in the US; willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities.
- Experience creating schedule risk matrices and applying risks via Monte Carlo analysis.
