What you will do

• Create and manage detailed project schedules for data center construction from design through closeout.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate timelines.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to align schedules with owner objectives.
• Track progress vs. baseline and produce regular reports using earned value, milestone, and variance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks early, assess impacts, and recommend or implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably for data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and dependencies, with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large-scale projects aligned with owner objectives.
