Salary: £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after 6 months.

What you will do
- Provide face-to-face support to customers in branch settings.
- Assist with everyday banking tasks and resolve fraud concerns.
- Guide vulnerable customers and support those experiencing bereavement.
- Promote and help customers navigate digital and mobile banking services.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with relevant financial products.
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate empathy.
- Commitment to delivering on promises and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to build relationships quickly to provide a fantastic experience.
- Must be based in or able to work in Fort William.
