Salary: £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after 6 months.

What you will do

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in branch settings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate empathy.
• Commitment to delivering on promises and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to build relationships quickly to provide a fantastic experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Fort William.
