What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, servicing, and account maintenance journeys.
- Execute operational activities in strict accordance with risk, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Collaborate with the Client Delivery team to resolve complex queries and ensure positive customer outcomes.
- Utilize digital tools and internal systems to track progress and maintain operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service, operational, or administrative role (minimum 12 months).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.
- Confidence in using various digital tools and multiple software systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience working within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.
- Specific knowledge of customer onboarding or operational processing.
- Experience supporting digitisation or process improvement initiatives.
