Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS/Azure)

Location: Remote in the United States; position associated with Chelmsford, Massachusetts

Salary: $133,200–$199,800 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and deep expertise to a team of Cloud Engineers.
• Develop, maintain, automate, and orchestrate AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud platforms and services.
• Build and enforce source control, branching, CI/CD, infrastructure, and configuration-management practices.
• Enhance cloud platform services using Terraform, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, and Packer.
• Collaborate with architects, product developers, and Global IT teams to build reliable services and consistent development environments.
• Support major programs, project leadership, solution improvement, and financial governance for cloud operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise server administration experience with Linux and/or Windows.
• 4–6 years of experience developing production applications or automated deployment pipelines using infrastructure as code in a public cloud environment.
• 4–6 years of experience with DevOps practices and platform engineering for commercial applications.
• 4–6 years of scripting or development experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, and JSON.
• 4–6 years of experience with configuration-management tools such as Docker, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Expertise in logging and observability tools including OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Graylog, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience leading teams.
• AWS or Microsoft Azure Solution Architect, Developer, or Administrator certification.
