Associate Payments Adoption Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote in California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, or North Carolina. Candidates in the San Jose, California area should expect a hybrid schedule with two days per week in the Morgan Hill office.

Expected OTE: $80,000, plus equity and standard company benefits.

What you will do

• Prospect proactively into existing customers through outbound and inbound efforts to increase adoption of hirify.global Payments.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop plans that grow payment volume and customer impact.
• Conduct detailed analyses of internal and competitor payment rates.
• Build expertise in online and in-person credit card processing, card reader terminals, and related fintech solutions.
• Follow up with customers, support successful payment usage, and maintain expertise in hirify.global products, the automotive services industry, and market trends.
• Manage CRM usage and meet or exceed monthly quotas and daily KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in a B2B SaaS and embedded payments environment.
• Strong interpersonal, phone, collaboration, objection-handling, and product communication skills.
• Ability to proactively address customer roadblocks and adapt based on feedback.
• Resourceful, tenacious, customer-focused approach with a desire to grow within the organization.
• Must be located in California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, or North Carolina for this remote role; San Jose-area candidates should be prepared to work two days per week in the Morgan Hill office.
