Senior Systems Specialist, FP&A (EPM): Designing, developing, and administering the EPM platform (Pigment) and integrating financial systems with an accent on scalable workflows, automation, and data integrity. Location: Remote in the US and Canada (excluding Quebec). Hybrid option for those near hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto (minimum 2 days per week in office).

Salary: $114,500 – $154,900 CAD

What you will do

• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for the Pigment EPM solution.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between the EPM platform and NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, and Looker.
• Optimize business processes for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to improve efficiency.
• Manage the system roadmap, resolve technical bugs, and provide support via user tickets.
• Administer user licenses and permissions while ensuring strict controls over sensitive financial data.
• Develop instructional materials and documentation to enable better system adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and implementing EPM solutions.
• Proven experience developing models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong ability to align application development with business needs through collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal leadership skills.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec).

• Extensive experience developing and administering solutions specifically in Pigment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience designing systems with strong internal controls.
