What you will do
- Lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions supporting Demand Side Management and Transportation Electrification.
- Partner with clients to gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and guide implementation decisions.
- Configure application features, workflows, and user interfaces using low-code tools, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, and detailed configuration documentation.
- Design and implement system integrations, APIs, ETL processes, and data mapping in collaboration with client technical teams.
- Plan and execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and business process automation in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, ETL, data mapping, and UAT processes.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into scalable software solutions.
