What you will do

• Prepare and submit state license renewal applications, annual reports, and maintenance filings.
• Manage NMLS MSB Call Report preparation, including data capture and quality assurance.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations by managing information requests and drafting correspondence.
• Support internal governance activities and prepare materials for board and committee meetings.
• Maintain regulatory planning tools and calendars to ensure regional compliance deadlines are met.
• Implement AI tools and workflow automation to enhance the efficiency of compliance operations.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or financial services.
• Familiarity with US money transmission licensing frameworks (MTLs, NYDFS BitLicense).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and GRC platforms like LogicGate.
• Comfort with data analysis using Excel, Tableau, or Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.

• Experience in payments or digital assets.
• Previous work experience at a financial services regulatory agency.
