What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
• Lead architecture and end-to-end design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue systems.
• Implement solutions using declarative tools like Flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Evaluate current-state vs. future-state architectures to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all solutions are secure, performant, and aligned with platform governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and platform development.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or equivalent solutions.
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and release management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II).
• Experience with Conga document generation and quote template design.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
