What you will do

• Perform system-level troubleshooting for control rooms, studio equipment, and audio systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on broadcast hardware and software.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement technical solutions for live initiatives.
• Install and update equipment and system software.
• Manage projects, including system design, integration, and commissioning.
• Provide technical support in a 24/7 production environment.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Stamford, CT.
• 2+ years of experience in a television broadcast environment.
• BS degree in Engineering, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to submit to a background investigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sony cameras/switchers, EVS servers, and Calrec audio consoles.
• Knowledge of SMPTE 2110 standards and TCP/IP networking.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and system design.
• Experience with 1080P and 4K HDR production.
