What you will do

• Execute live sports and entertainment broadcasts, including commercial playlist manipulation and program changes.
• Monitor and maintain continuity for linear, streaming, and VOD services.
• Perform control room duties such as Technical Director and Commercial Integration.
• Conduct ingest and quality control for all on-air content.
• Manage playlists and reconcile logs for network reliability.
• Collaborate within a team to ensure high-quality on-air execution.

Requirements

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.
• 1+ year of experience in an on-air broadcast environment.
• Proven understanding of live event broadcast operations and technical production requirements.
• Knowledge of switchers, routers, communications, and automation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and processing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based broadcast systems.
• Background in news or sports technical production.
