What you will do

• Lead and supervise a 24/7 graphics playout team across multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Show Teams, and Editorial groups.
• Oversee the execution of live graphics including full-screens and lower thirds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in control room environments to minimize on-air disruptions.
• Manage both union and non-union staff, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
• Train and mentor staff on newsroom workflows and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphics playout within a live broadcast environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience focused on news programming.
• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or mentorship experience.
• Proficiency with industry-standard graphics systems such as Vizrt, Ross, or Chyron.
• Strong experience with Vizrt Trio and newsroom systems like iNews.
• Understanding of control room workflows, routing, and large-scale display technologies.
