What you will do

• Operate the production switcher during daily live broadcasts to execute clean cuts and effects.
• Configure and maintain control room architecture, including macros and snapshots for show consistency.
• Manage incoming and outgoing signals, including remote guest integration via IP protocols.
• Monitor audio and video levels to ensure compliance with premium streaming standards.
• Oversee studio infrastructure including PTZ cameras, lighting, and encoders.
• Troubleshoot technical failures mid-broadcast to ensure uninterrupted viewer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in live technical direction for fast-paced sports or news programming.
• Deep technical fluency with vMix, NewTek TriCaster, Ross Carbonite, or Blackmagic ATEM.
• Expert knowledge of NDI, SRT, RTMP, and SDI workflows.
• Proven ability to remain calm and make instantaneous decisions under high-pressure live environments.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to coordinate with production teams in a control room setting.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
