What you will do

• Define, develop, and manage the financial crime compliance programme.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate FinCrime compliance risks in collaboration with global functions.
• Implement financial crime policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements.
• Maintain the French risk classification methodology and support new product launches.
• Prepare governance materials and provide expert advice on financial crime matters.
• Communicate and train staff on responsibilities regarding financial crime identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in relevant financial crime or compliance roles.
• Expertise in financial services regulation, fraud detection, and AML typologies.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and mobile application markets.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must have knowledge of the local French regulatory environment.
