Senior Retail Marketing Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Develop and implement regional retail and channel marketing plans that support business objectives, market share, and profitability.
• Manage channel partner programs, promotions, contracts, account activities, and co-op budgets.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify priority channels and account targets.
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to align plans and execution.
• Track program effectiveness and use performance data to guide pricing, promotion, and ROI decisions.
• Lead the development and delivery of promotional, point-of-purchase, point-of-sale, and merchandising materials with internal designers and external agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or channel marketing experience, including ownership of marketing budgets and promotional programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, brand, and retailer or partner accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
