Associate 1 Brand Manager (Gaming)

Location: In-person/in-office in Austin, Texas, United States; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day brand activities and support marketing strategies for game launches.
• Assist with product positioning, competitor research, target audience insights, and analytics.
• Coordinate marketing asset production, including key art, trailers, and digital and social content.
• Track deliverables, organize feedback, and support creative reviews across internal teams and external partners.
• Help manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, and spend records for assigned titles.
• Prepare brand updates, asset submission packages, post-launch reports, and action-plan updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, product management, or brand strategy.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Interest in consumer marketing, integrated campaigns, and digital media execution.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Active interest in games, gaming-industry trends, and current events.
