Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + bonus + equity.

What you will do

• Define and champion the strategic product vision and roadmap for a dedicated squad.
• Lead feature scoping, prioritization, and trade-off discussions to ensure maximum impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive successful product launches.
• Conduct customer research and analyze data to guide product decisions and improvements.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to optimization.
• Coordinate efforts across squads to resolve dependencies and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience leading complex software products.
• Proven track record of shipping SaaS products in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership and customers.
• Strong leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for this role.
