Salary: $157,000–$210,000 (base salary range)

What you will do

• Support capital markets transactions, M&A, and strategic investments, including deal structuring and strategy.
• Draft, negotiate, and review transaction documentation; conduct and support due diligence.
• Advise on transaction documentation and ongoing compliance, including post-closing obligations.
• Partner with Corporate Development and cross-functional teams (Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Finance) to execute transactions.
• Manage outside counsel efficiently and prioritize business objectives.
• Support additional internal legal initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission in at least one state bar (New York, New Jersey, California, Washington D.C., or Washington preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant transactional experience focused on corporate capital markets, M&A, and securities.
• In-house experience at a high-growth tech company or publicly traded company, or relevant experience at a top law firm.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple matters and manage legal risk while meeting business objectives.
• Strong drafting, project management, and legal interpretation skills; excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to access export-controlled information under applicable U.S. export regulations (U.S. person or eligible to obtain required authorization).
