What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, partner, vendor, SaaS/cloud, licensing, channel, and data privacy contracts.
• Advise regional channel and go-to-market teams on legal and business issues.
• Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and hirify.global policies.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for legal matters from Commercial Contract Managers within assigned regions.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, product, compliance, and finance to support business objectives.
• Develop training and guidance; refine legal templates, policies, and processes; support dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in MA, NY, MN, or DE (MA required; NY/MN/DE preferred).
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (including SaaS/cloud, licensing, channel, and data privacy agreements).
• Strong working knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience advising business teams on legal and commercial risks.
