What you will do

• Lead and participate in Finance Operations initiatives, developments, system improvements, enhancements, and special projects.
• Design, streamline, document, and maintain finance processes and ERP system mappings.
• Support hirify.global's multi-year migration from AX 2012 to D365 F&O while maintaining the legacy implementation.
• Automate manual processes and implement ERP best practices with Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
• Analyze business requirements, lead discussions with user groups and process experts, and support change management.
• Manage financial close activities, reconciliations, reporting, accruals, P&L reviews, and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with D365 F&O and AX 2012.
• Strong analytical, account reconciliation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and lead a team.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies supporting D365 F&O, including Task Recorder, RSAT, and LogicalApps, preferred.
• Microsoft D365 F&O certification preferred.
