What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end product rollouts, ensuring launch readiness and alignment across Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM teams.
- Drive product adoption to ensure new capabilities deliver measurable efficiency, revenue, and guest-experience gains.
- Manage the feedback loop between field operations and engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests, pilots, and early access programs to validate features before scaling.
- Define and own the measurement framework, maintaining key performance dashboards for the Voice product team.
- Partner with GTM teams to refine rollout processes and implement AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, strategy & operations, or consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional product launches from end to end.
- Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on SQL skills and experience building dashboards in BI tools.
- Excellent program management skills with the ability to drive multiple concurrent deployments through ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build alignment across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs or scripting.
- Background in hospitality tech, telephony, or voice communications products.
