TL;DR

Sales Manager (Affiliate Marketing): Managing and developing the sales pipeline to secure high-revenue merchants for the network with an accent on consultative selling and full-cycle deal ownership. Focus on prospecting, negotiating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client integration across the DACH region.

Location: Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with hybrid/remote flexibility.

What you will do

  • Drive sales success by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to expand the customer base.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact and RFI/RFP responses to contract negotiation.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new business.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Integrations, and Account Development teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Conduct market research on target brands to tailor sales approaches and maximize conversion.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in commercial roles focusing on new business development in SaaS, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing.
  • Native proficiency in Polish and business fluency in English.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
