Senior UX Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (SaaS): Shaping the user experience for device management web products with an accent on intuitive design, user research, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in the Salt Lake City, UT area, with an expectation of one to two in-office working days at our South Salt Lake City headquarters.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine project requirements and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for SaaS web products.
• Conduct user research and interviews with customers to validate product ideas and gather feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful design implementation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products.
• Must provide a portfolio including at least one case study showcasing UI and UX abilities.
• Experience working directly with product managers and engineering teams.
• Experience conducting external customer interviews, including sourcing participants.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Understanding of AI workflows and prototyping.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for IT or developer-focused SaaS products.
• Familiarity with device management, endpoint security, or similar IT domains.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Background in accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
