What you will do
- Collaborate with scientific leadership to develop and implement research strategy and operational plans.
- Manage research-related documentation including MTAs, IRBs, and collaboration agreements across partner institutions.
- Organize scientific activities such as retreats, symposia, and seminar series.
- Maintain scientific content on the center's website and coordinate trainee development opportunities.
- Serve as a primary liaison between research faculty, Innovation Labs, and Clinical Research Units.
- Evaluate center programs to identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements.
Requirements
- PhD in Infectious Diseases with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding written communication abilities for both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cambridge, MA as part of a hybrid schedule.
