What you will do

• Own and maintain the compliance framework for domestic admissions and partner/agent activity.
• Develop and implement policies, controls, and monitoring aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Deliver risk-based monitoring and audit programs to ensure operational integrity.
• Ensure recruitment practices strictly meet consumer protection requirements.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, and official investigations.
• Provide compliance guidance, training, and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, audit, legal, or quality assurance roles within UK regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of OfS (Office for Students) requirements, including partner oversight and student protection obligations.
• Extensive experience in executing audit and monitoring disciplines.
• Proven track record of overseeing third parties and external agents.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment checks, including criminal records, ID, and Right to Work verification.
