What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap for revenue growth and multi-year GTM strategy across the Americas.
- Lead market research and competitive intelligence to shape regional product positioning and pricing strategy.
- Drive high-impact growth initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
- Architect data-driven vertical strategies, experimentation frameworks, and segmentation models.
- Influence product strategy by surfacing regional insights and ensuring alignment with revenue priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while establishing the operational cadence for the function.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, revenue operations, or commercial leadership in high-growth technology environments.
- Proven success leading teams and building strategic and operational capabilities at scale.
- Advanced analytical skills, including structuring data models and leveraging BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong academic record with evidence of structured problem-solving capability.
- Fintech, financial services, or technology experience in a high-growth environment is highly advantageous.
Nice to have
- Background in top-tier consulting (Bain, BCG, McKinsey).
- Experience in the financial services industry in a product or BI role, with understanding of lending or payments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and project management systems.
