What you will do

  • Own the strategic roadmap for revenue growth across the Americas, including the US, Canada, and Latin America.
  • Lead deep market research and competitive intelligence to shape regional product positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Architect and scale data-driven vertical strategies, experimentation frameworks, and segmentation models.
  • Influence product strategy by surfacing regional insights to ensure alignment with revenue priorities.
  • Represent the Americas in global planning forums and maintain crisp communication around strategy and outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, establishing the operational cadence for the function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, revenue operations, commercial leadership, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and building strategic operational capabilities at scale.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong academic record with evidence of structured problem-solving capability.
  • Must be based in New York or San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a product role within the lending and payments domain.
  • Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and professional project management systems.
