Salary: $216,000 - $298,000

What you will do

• Architect and build the core AI Agent Platform, including runtime, orchestration, and state management.
• Design agentic operations workflows to shift from human-driven to autonomous platform remediation.
• Implement end-to-end observability for multi-agent systems, including distributed tracing and golden signals.
• Drive latency, throughput, and cost optimization across the agentic request path.
• Establish SRE practices and self-healing mechanisms for cloud-native distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction for the broader organization regarding agentic AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building production software and large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven experience building scalable AI/agent platforms or high-throughput ML serving systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a systems language (Go or Java).
• Deep background in AIOps, SRE, and observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs to production workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and drive large-scale systems initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of vector and graph stores.
• Contributions to open-source observability or AIOps frameworks.
• Background in AI safety and governance for enterprise systems.
