What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and go-live process for Voice AI products.
• Coordinate telephony requirements with hotel IT, PBX vendors, and carriers.
• Debug routing and call-quality issues by analyzing SIP logs and diagnosing infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for live telephony issues post-launch.
• Collaborate with Product teams to design efficient call flows and escalation logic.
• Maintain compliance with telephony standards including E911, STIR/SHAKEN, and TCPA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting voice/telephony systems (VoIP, SIP, SBC, PBX).
• Proficiency in reading SIP logs and independently debugging routing and quality issues.
• Working knowledge of telephony compliance, number porting, and carrier operations.
• Ability to lead technical conversations with external IT teams and vendors.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, self-directed role.
