What you will do

• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs for process automation and conversational agents.
• Design and maintain the data and platform components of the enterprise AI ecosystem, including RAG indexing, vector stores, and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and warehouse-oriented data products across enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to conceptual and logical data models to connect enterprise domains with business capabilities and downstream applications.
• Support reporting and analytics capabilities by shaping reliable data foundations and implementation patterns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, data engineering, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI or advanced agentic automation solutions at scale.
• Strong technical knowledge of Databricks for developing and operationalizing data workflows.
• Proficiency with orchestration platforms like Workato, n8n, or Camunda.
• Deep familiarity with data warehousing methodologies, dimensional modeling, and medallion architecture.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, or Oracle.
