TL;DR
Internal AI Engineer (AI/Automation): Designing and shipping agentic AI workflows and reusable automation services that transform manual GTM, Operations, and Finance processes with an accent on LLMs, RAG, backend systems, and production reliability. Focus on integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, building evaluation and monitoring frameworks, and operating secure cloud infrastructure with Python, SQL, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Location: Remote globally; optional offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw. Specific teams may have specific location preferences.

What you will do
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using ElevenAgents, Claude, n8n, and related tools.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and other core business systems.
- Build reusable automation services, patterns, and shared templates for internal teams.
- Own automation experiments end to end, from identifying opportunities and building solutions to measuring impact.
- Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks for reliable, auditable, and safe AI-native workflows.
- Partner with GTM, Operations, and Finance teams to turn manual processes into automated systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping production automations or applications, from unclear business problems to dependable solutions.
- Strong familiarity with LLM capabilities, prompting strategies, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, plus experience with system design patterns including APIs, webhooks, and orchestration layers.
- Systems-thinking approach with attention to security, auditability, and blast radius.
- Hands-on experience operating cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise authentication flows.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, propose solutions, and ship them.
