What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to optimize hiring processes.
• Manage recruiting databases and maintain accurate, timely records.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline through networking, university outreach, and job fairs.
• Participate in various HR projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top-tier internet companies or agencies.
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Proven track record in market mapping for global or Asian markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude toward the crypto industry.
