What you will do

  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, launch, and maintenance across various media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • Develop media plans, including channel recommendations, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for client reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, creative, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Agency experience supporting multiple clients.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or demand-side platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, data visualization, or reporting automation.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Relevant media or platform certifications.
