Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Smart hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Final-stage interviews take place face to face in the Manchester office.

Salary: £71,100–£81,200 per year.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the strategic vision, product strategy, and long-term roadmap for an Enterprise Applications product portfolio.
• Manage SaaS products across either Workday and iTrent or Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Monitor supplier roadmaps, product releases, emerging technologies, market developments, and user needs to identify opportunities for business and customer value.
• Lead discovery through market and product research, user and supplier engagement, trend analysis, and product performance monitoring.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps while balancing innovation, cost, resources, risk, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead and develop Product Owners, work with technical and functional specialists, and influence senior stakeholders and suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven Product Management experience with a track record of delivering high-impact products and enhancements.
• Experience managing SaaS products, functionality releases, and business-requested change.
• Expertise in either Workday/iTrent or Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, commercial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams, working with third-party suppliers and technical specialists, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivering products and change in fast-paced environments.
