Principal Solutions Portfolio Lead, AI

Location: Remote - USA

Annual base salary: $133,000–$175,000 USD, with potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the expert point of view and strategic direction for AI, Cloud, and Security learning solutions.
• Design packaged solution products covering target audiences, business problems, outcomes, structures, milestones, and learning objectives.
• Define frameworks, courses, hands-on labs, instructor-led training, and program management components.
• Build and communicate 12–18 month roadmaps, including new levels, variants, and AI-focused accelerators.
• Test and improve solution designs using cohorts, blended formats, assessments, learner data, and customer feedback.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Curriculum, Engineering, Professional Services, SMEs, and enterprise customers to support strategic deals and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content development, or a related field.
• Experience defining and launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services environment.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, modern learning methodologies, and blended learning programs combining on-demand and virtual instructor-led training.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and how organizations adopt and operationalize them for business outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise sales, multi-stakeholder deals, cross-functional collaboration, and connecting learning solutions to revenue and retention.
• Ability to use learner outcomes, engagement metrics, market insights, and customer feedback to guide strategy and continuous improvement.
