Salary: $34,320–$37,500 per year.

What you will do
- Respond to incoming calls regarding potential fraudulent debit, credit, or ATM activity.
- Assist cardholders with issues such as lost or stolen cards following standard operating procedures.
- Direct callers to their respective financial institutions when appropriate.
- Participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality review sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and fraud reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (customer-facing or phone/chat support).
- Must reside within approximately 70 miles of specified office locations (Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO).
- Commitment to working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 contact center.
- Reliable high-speed internet (min 20 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) and a quiet, confidential workspace.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
