What you will do
- Create and review technical documents including parts materials, process lists, qualification reports, and test procedures.
- Ensure document compliance with contractual, export, Intellectual Property, and government CUI requirements.
- Manage and track Engineering/Document Change Requests (ECR) and release requests using the Teamcenter ERP system.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint pages and document repositories.
- Generate technical figures using photos and CAD graphics.
- Digitize heritage design files and provide feedback and training to collaborators to ensure consistency.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality documentation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, sketches, and wiring schematics.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical field.
- Ability to create figures from engineering models in NX, Solidworks, or Cadra.
- Working knowledge of Teamcenter, CRDM, iWIN, or Subversion software.
- Experience working with CUI or export-controlled information.
